补肾活血方联合中医定向透药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折术后疼痛的疗效

Bushen Huoxue Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional transdermal therapy on postoperative pain in osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

    目的 探讨补肾活血方联合中医定向透药对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折行经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)患者术后疼痛的疗效。
    方法 将60例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组, 每组30例。所有患者均接受PKP和常规护理。对照组仅接受中医定向透药治疗，治疗组增加口服补肾活血方治疗。比较2组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。
    结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为86.67%(26/30), 高于对照组的63.33%(19/30), 差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。治疗后, 2组VAS评分低于治疗前，且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗后, 2组ODI评分与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗后，治疗组ODI评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
    结论 对于骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者，在PKP后结合补肾活血方和中医定向透药疗法，可显著缓解术后疼痛症状，具有临床推广价值。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) directional drug permeation on postoperative pain in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures undergoing percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP).
    Methods A total of 60 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received PKP and routine nursing care. The control group only received TCM directional drug permeation therapy, while the treatment group additionally received oral Bushen Huoxue Formula. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scores of the two groups were compared.
    Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%(26/30), which was higher than that in the control group (63.33%, 19/30), with a statistically significant difference (P=0.037). After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the ODI scores between the two groups and before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ODI score inthe treatment group was better than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).
    Conclusion For patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, combining Bushen Huoxue Formula with TCM directional drug permeation therapy after PKP can significantly relieve postoperative pain and has clinical promotion value.
