Research on effect of optimized nursing model in improving sleep quality and emotional state of patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of optimized nursing model on improving sleep quality and emotional state of patients with congestive heart failure.Methods Patients with con-gestive heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 76 pa-tients in each group.Patients in the control group were received conventional nursing while the pa-tients in the observation group were given optimized nursing model.Sleep quality and emotional state of two groups were evaluated by PSQI and SCL-90 before and after treatment.Results At the seventh day,the scores of sleep quality,fall sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep dis-orders and total score of PSQI in the observation group were all lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).At the seventh day,scores of the indicators of SCL-90 were lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Optimized nurs-ing model could effectively improve the sleep quality and emotional state of patients with congestive heart failure.
