Influence of continuous nursing on compliance rate and quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction after discharge

  • ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing on compliance rate and quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction after discharge.Methods 90 pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group was given conventional discharge guidance.Experimental group was given guidance and discharge follow-up health education such as the continuous nursing.Cure rate, angina quality of life scale (SAQ)score and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were com-pared.Results Differences in the rate of medical nursing,satisfaction and quality of life were sig-nificant after discharge in 6 months and 12 months (P <0.05).The experimental group with con-tinuous nursing improved nursing satisfaction.Conclusion Continuous nursing promotes the pa-tients medical behavior and improves the quality of life of patients and satisfaction.
