Influence of periocline-assisted basic treatment on expression of tumor necrosis factor-α in periodontitis patients

  • 摘要: 目的 观察盐酸米诺环素(派力奥)辅助牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响.方法 将30例中、重度慢性牙周炎患者随机分为2组,A组接受派力奥辅助牙周基础治疗,B组只接受牙周基础治疗.治疗前和治疗结束后16周分别测量牙周探诊深度(PD)和血清TNF-α水平.结果 与对照组比较,试验组PD和血清TNF-α水平降低更为显著,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 派力奥辅助牙周基础治疗能显著降低慢性牙周炎患者血清TNF-α水平,并改善其牙周临床指数.
