Influences of milrinone combined with diuretics on the echocardiography and brain natriuretic peptide of patients with refractory heart failure

摘要: 目的 观察米力农联合利尿剂治疗顽固性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性.方法 顽固性心衰患者103例,采用自身前后对照法,在常规方法治疗无效后,予米力农治疗,并联合使用呋塞米等利尿剂.观察治疗前后症状、体征、血压、心率、脑钠肽(BNP),心脏超声参数及心功能指标.结果 应用米力农及利尿剂后显效33例,有效61例,无效9例,总有效率为91.3％.米力农明显改善左室收缩功能障碍,对血压心率无明显影响.结论 米力农联合利尿剂治疗能有效改善顽固性心衰的心功能.少见明显不良反应.
