Relationship between serum omentin and glycolipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清网膜素与体脂参数、糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗及内脂素的相关性.方法 选取2012年10-12月本院新诊断的T2DM患者45例,另选取同期体检健康者28例.采用ELISA法检测空腹血清网膜素-1与内脂素水平,同时检测空腹血糖(FPG)、口服葡萄糖耐量试验2h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂等各项指标及空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,计算体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比值(WHR)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并分析网膜素-1与各指标之间的关系.结果 与对照组相比,糖尿病组血清网膜素-1水平明显降低[(68.6±11.27) μg/L∶(29.8±5.19)μg/L,P<0.05],内脂素水平明显升高[(9.37±0.85) μg/L∶ (18.67±7.98) μg/L,P<0.05],血清网膜素-1水平与WHR、HOMA-IR、甘油三酯、2hPG、内脂素均呈负相关(r分别为-0.31,-0.29,-0.46,-0.376,-0.040,P<0.05).结论 血清网膜素-1水平与糖脂代谢相关,可能在糖尿病的发生发展中起一定作用.
