Abstract:
Objective To explore the correlation between angiotensin Ⅱ and the levels of plasma adiponectin in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 56 patients with CHD and 48 healthy peoples were collected as research object, and the plasma adiponectin levels were detected and compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences of gender, age, blood glucose, blood pressure,TC and LDL-C between two groups (P >0.05), but adiponectin and angiotensin Ⅱ levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.01).The angiotensin Ⅱ levels in ACS and SAP patients of observa-tion group were significantly higher than that of control group, the adiponectin level of SAP pa-tients was higher than that of the control group, and the adiponectin level of ACS patients was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group and SAP patients(P <0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between levels of angiotensin Ⅱ,adiponectin and the attack of the coronary dis-ease,the stability of the coronary artery. In the clinic, physicians can inhibit the formation of an-giotensin Ⅱ to promote the secretion of adiponectin and improve the stability of coronary artery.
