Clinical research of double plates in treatment of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau

  • 摘要: 目的:深入探讨双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法系统分析采用双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的病例,在软骨面下松质骨缺损处植骨,将 T 型支撑接骨板预弯塑形后放置胫骨内侧髁部,外侧使用小的抗滑动钢板固定,术后主动进行膝关节功能锻炼。结果所有病例均获临床愈合,未出现膝内、外翻畸形,钢板、螺钉断裂,深部感染及内外固定失败的情形,优良率达84.2%。结论从临床角度看,双钢板可以有效治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折。
    Abstract: Objective To explore clinical effect of double plates in the treatment of com-minuted fracture of tibial plateau.Methods Patients with double plates in the treatment of com-minuted fracture of tibial plateau were systematically analyzed.Bone grafting was applied to the area of cancellous bone defect under cartilage surface.The T-shaped supported plate was placed in medial tibial condyle after pre-bending and the lateral was fixed by the small anti-slip plate.And functional exercise of knees after operation was taken.Results All patients were healed and there were no knee valgus deformity,break of plate and screw,deep infection,internal and external fix-ation failures after the operation.The excellence rate reached to 84.2%.Conclusion From the clinical perspective,double plates could effectively treat comminuted fracture of tibial plateau.
