Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of respiratory function training for lung cancer patients in perioperation. Methods A total of 60 lung cancer patients randomized into control group and experimental group equally. The patients in the control group were given routine cough training while patients in experimental group were conducted systematic respiratory function train-ing.The value of PO2 and PCO2 before and after surgery,six-minute walk test, postoperative re-tention time of chest tube and hospitalization days in the two groups were compared. Results The results revealed that the difference was statistical significant after the comparison of the value of PO2 and PCO2,six-minute walk test, chest tube retention time and hospitalization days in the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion The systematic respiratory function training can significantly im-prove lung function, reduce hospitalization time and promote the rehabilitation of the patients. The training is easily operated,so it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
