Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path in the treat-ment of spine injury patients.Methods 100 patients with spine injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.The control group was re-ceived routine nursing while the observation group was used clinical nursing pathway.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Emergency residence time in the observa-tion group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Health knowledge was higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,postoperative functional exercise time for the first time and bed time was shorter than that in the control group.Complications were less than that in the control group.The hospitalization time was less than that in the control group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There was no statistical significance since rescue success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P >0.05).Mental nurs-ing,service attitude and health education in the observation was higher than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway effectively standardizes nursing behavior,ensures the nursing pertinently and scientifically and improves nursing quality of spinal injury patients.
