Abstract:
Objective To compare the effect of evidence-based nursing and simple accom-panying nursing pattern in obstetric childbirth. Methods 428 pregnant women were divided into control group and observation group in the research.228 patients in the control group were adopted simple accompanying nursing mode and 200 patients were received evidence-based nursing in ob-servation group.Labor time and delivery consequence were compared in the two groups. Results After nursing, the time of the first labor stage, the second labor stage and the third labor stage in the observation group were (92.1±7.3)min,(32.6±4.7)min and (121.6±6.0)min respec-tively,which were significantly lower than that in the control group,so the difference was statisti-cally significant(P <0.05).The occurrence rate of postpartum bleeding amount over 500 mL in the observation group in 24 hours after natural labor was 3.33% which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).However,the occurrence rate of postpartum hemor-rhage over 500 mL in the observation group after cesarean delivery in 24 hours was 7.50% which was almost equal to that in the control group(9.86%),so the difference was not statistically sig-nificant(P >0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple accompanying nursing pattern,evidence-based nursing can effectively shorten the delivery process, increase the rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the rate of cesarean section,so it is worthy of clinical application.
