Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative gastrointestinal recovery and nursing satisfaction.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were equally divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was conducted comprehensive nursing interventions,while the control group was given conventional nursing measures.Results After treatment,recovery time of borborygmus,the first exhaust time and first defecation time in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group which revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The satisfaction of attitude towards nursing,levels of nursing,health education and psychological intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gastrointestinal surgery has significant effect.It can effectively promote the recovery of post-operative gastrointestinal function and enhance the nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy of clinical application.
