磷酸肌酸钠对阵发性室上性心动过速经导管射频消融术的心肌保护作用

Effect of sodium phosphocreatine on myocardial protection of patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia by treatment of radiofrequency catheter ablation

  • 摘要: 目的:评价磷酸肌酸钠对阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)经导管射频消融术(RFCA)的心肌保护作用。方法选择2012年6月-2013年11月在本院心血管内科行 RFCA 的 PSVT 患者40例,随机分成磷酸肌酸钠组(SPC 组)和生理盐水组(NS 组),每组20例。SPC 组于术前1 d 开始给予 SPC 1 g 加入生理盐水250 mL 静脉滴注,NS 组则每日给予等量生理盐水静脉滴注,2组疗程均为3 d。检测2组患者术前及术后72 h 内血清中肌酸激酶(CK)与其同工酶(CK-MB)及肌钙蛋白 T(cTn T)的含量变化,并记录用药相关不良反应。结果与 NS 组相比,SPC 组在 RFCA 术后24 h 内及峰值血清 CK、CK-MB 及 cTn T 含量均显著降低(P <0.05),三者达峰时间及恢复术前水平的时间2组差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。未观察到与用药相关的不良反应。结论SPC 对 PSVT 患者行 RFCA 术后心肌具有一定的保护作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of sodium phosphocreatine (SPC)on myocardi-al protection of patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT)by treatment of radiofre-quency catheter ablation (RFCA).Methods 40 patients with PSVT by treatment of RFCA were ran-domly divided into SPC group (daily intravenous drip of 1 g SPC in 250 ml of normal saline,n =20) and NS group (the same volume of NS only,n =20).Assessment parameters that serum creatine ki-nase (CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB (CK-MB)and cardiac troporin T (cTn T)were temporally investigated from pre-to 72 h after RFCA.Additionally,SPC-related adverse events were recorded. Results Compared with NS group,the overall and peak serum CK,CK-MB and cTn T significantly decreased in SPC group (P <0.05)during 24 hours after RFCA.No SPC-related adverse events were observed.Conclusion SPC shows a myocardial protective effect in patients with PSVT by treatment of RFCA.
