Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative re-covery of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 60 patients with percuta-neous coronary intervention were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was used evidence-based nursing based on the observation group.Rehabilitation of the two groups was compared after operation. Results Health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, treatment compliance was better than that in the control group, postoperative complications, hospitalization time were less than that in the control group. Thus, the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Score of life quality of SAQ in stable angina pectoris angina, angina attacks and subjective feelings after operation were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing plays an important role in coronary interventional treatment because it can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the life quality.
