Abstract:
Objective To analyze adverse reactions of patients with uremia combined with HCV infection treated by interferon during hemodialysis period and to explore the cure rate of nurs-ing intervention. Methods 9 patients with HCV during hemodialysis period were injected with subcutaneous interferon for 6 months. The adverse reactions during treatment were given individu-alized nursing measures during dialysis.Quantitative indicators of virus were detected after 3 months,6 months and 6 months after the drugs stopped. Results There were 7 patients complet-ed the treatment and 2 patients discontinued treatment due to side effects.Early response rate was 78%.ALT in serum in 78%patients was normal at the end of treatment,HCV-RNA in serum was negative (<1000 /ml).Sustained response rate of follow-up was 100% after 6 months. Conclusion Individualized nursing for dialysis patients with HCV treated by interferon could significantly improve treatment compliance and achieve clinical cure efficacy.
