Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention of perioperation period in patients with rectal cancer operation.Methods 60 rectal cancer patients with selective operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing in perioperation period and the observation group was received psychological intervention based on the treatment in the control group.Psychology and the recovery state be-tween the two groups were compared after operation.Results Anxiety score before anesthesia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the preoperative posi-tive coping scores were significantly higher than that in the control group,negative coping scores were significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Complications after operation in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the postoperative complications and pain scores were lower than that in the control group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Psychological in-tervention in perioperative period is beneficial to improve confidence of the rectal cancer operation, reduce postoperative pain and promote physical rehabilitation.
