Abstract: Objective To explore application effect of optimized nursing mode on superior nurs-ing service in psychiatric department.Methods 240 patients were divided into traditional model group and optimized mode group with 120 patients in each group.The patients in the traditional model group received traditional mode of nursing and rehabilitation therapy while patients in the optimized mode group received optimized nursing and rehabilitation therapy.Strengthening nursing management,regularly checking the level of business skills of nursing staff,changing nursing phi-losophy,optimizing row classes and improving work efficiency and quality,increasing patient and physician satisfaction,actively carrying out the spirit of rehabilitation activities and strengthening health education could improve recovery situation of patients.Results Satisfaction of patients and their families and physician satisfaction in optimized mode group were higher than that in the tradi-tional model group,and accident and complaint events in the optimized mode group were signifi-cantly lower than that in the traditional model group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Excellent rate of health knowledge command in the optimized mode group was signif-icantly higher than that in the traditional model group.After a month of treatment and nursing, treatment efficacy rate in optimization mode group was significantly higher,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Optimized mode nursing has significant clinical effect,it can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and physicians,reduce the occurrence rate of accidents and complaints,and improve the therapeutic effect,so it is worthy of promotion.
