Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individualized recovery training in lower limb fracture.Methods 79 patients with lower limb fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given rehabilitation train in traditional way,and the observation group was treated with individualized recovery training.Rehabilitation effect after 2 months of two groups was compared.Results After rehabilitation,range of motion and Barthel Index scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized recovery training in treatment of patients with lower extremity frac-tures is favorable for the rehabilitation of limb function and improvement of activities in daily life.
