Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influence of self-management guidance in coro-nary heart disease.Methods 60 coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given self-management guidance based on the control group,angina pec-toris and nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results SAQ scores in stable angina pectoris,angina attack,disease cognition and other aspects in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,which revealed that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,patients’nursing satisfaction in the hospital safety and environment,service attitude and technology,physical comfort,health education,was higher than that in the control group,the dif-ference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Self-management guidance can re-duce the attack of angina pectoris,so it is conductive to promote the survival of patients.
