Abstract:
Objective To discuss the prenatal nursing intervention on prenatal anxiety and quality of life of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 70 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were equally divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the experimental group were conducted prenatal nursing intervention and routine nursing while the patients in the control group were carried out routine nursing.Effect of prenatal nursing intervention on anxiety and quality of life in patients were compared.Results The differ-ence was not statistically significant in the control group in prenatal anxiety (P >0.05).After pre-natal nursing intervention in the experimental group,prenatal anxiety was greatly improved com-pared with admission(P <0.05).Score of anxiety in the experimental group was significantly low-er than that in the control group (P <0.05).The difference was significant in 8 dimensions,and the score of experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the prenatal anxiety of pregnant women and improve the quality of life after surgery,so it is worthy of application.
