Abstract:
Objective To analyze the nursing and health education guidance measures for patients with uterine prolapse. Methods 60 uterine prolapse patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was additionally given high-quality nursing based on the measures of control group. The diastolic blood pressure and nursing satisfaction before and after the nursing intervention of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the nurs-ing intervention, the difference was statistically significant since the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).The satisfaction rate were 93.3%(28.30)in the observation group and 66.7%(20 /30)in the control group after nursing. The satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of uterine prolapse, nursing and health education instruction are important as well to obtain excellent treat-ment effect.
