Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing management in reducing nosocomial infections in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The material of 1000 patients with gynecological diseases was chosen in the study.500 patients were conducted with seamless nursing management (observation group),while the control group with 500 patients treated with conventional nursing measures.Nursing effect for two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the infection of main sites in the two groups were located in respiratory tract, urinary tract,surgical incision,uterine and gastrointestinal tract.Infection rate of was 2.2% in the observation group and 1.2% in the control group (P <0.05).After nursing,satisfaction in nursing attitude,nursing standard,health education and psychological intervention in the observa-tion group were significantly higher than that in the control group.Thus,the difference was statis-tically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection and improve the satisfaction of patients and alleviate the disease condition of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
