Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients applied 64 slice spiral CT examination.Methods 80 patients underwent 64 slice spiral CT examination were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the con-trol group was received routine nursing while the observation group was used clinical nursing path-way,examination and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Anxiety and depression of examination in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P <0.05).Observation and nursing time,the number of examined interrupts patients in the observation group was less than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).The difference was not statistical significant in adverse reactions of the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can reduce adverse psychology in patients applied 64 slice spiral CT examination,improve the success rate of inspection and shorten nursing time.So it is high efficient nursing mode.
