Abstract:
Obj ective To explore the effect of different nursing models on the respiratory function exercise of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into A group and B group with 30 cases in each group.A group used traditional general nursing method while B group received evidence-based nursing mode.Life quality score after 6 months of two groups was compared and lung venti-lation function including FEV1 and FEV1/FVC value, compliance of patients and satisfaction de-gree were compared. Results Overall score life quality and score of various dimensions after 6 months in group B were improved significantly than the treatment earlier (P<0 .05 ).And the dif-ference was statistically significant compared with the control group. The difference in measure-ment of lung ventilation function, satisfaction and compliance of patients was statistically signifi-cant(P<0 .05 ).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing of respiratory function exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the patient’s quality of life, satisfaction and compliance,so it is worthy of application in clinic.
