ET-1及 CXCR4蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其意义

Expression and significance of ET-1 and CXCR4 protein in human brain glioma

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨人脑胶质瘤组织中 ET-1及 CXCR4蛋白的表达及其与胶质瘤病理级别的关系。方法采用 SP 免疫组化技术检测人脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织中的表达,并用彩色图像分析系统做定量分析。结果在人脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织中,ET-1及 CXCR4蛋白均可表达;其高表达与人脑胶质瘤预后不良相关,且在正常脑组织中的表达水平显著低于人脑胶质瘤(P <0.01);Ⅰ~Ⅱ级和Ⅲ~Ⅳ级人脑胶质瘤组织中ET-1和CXCR4蛋白表达均高于正常脑组织,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01),并且 ET-1及 CXCR4蛋白在人脑胶质瘤Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组中的表达高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论人脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织中均有 ET-1及 CXCR4蛋白的表达,且在人脑胶质瘤中呈显著高表达;ET-1及 CXCR4的表达可能与人脑胶质瘤的发生、发展以及人脑胶质瘤的病理分级及预后相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the expression and significance of ET-1 and CXCR4 pro-tein in human brain glioma.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the ex-pressions of ET-1 and CXCR4 protein in human brain glioma and normal cerebral tissues,and the re-sult was analyzed by the image system.Results The expressions of ET-1 and CXCR4 protein in glio-ma tissues of different malignant grades were significantly different.Higher expressions of ET-1 and CXCR4 were associated with poor prognosis.The expression levels of ET-1 and CXCR4 protein in glio-ma of gradeⅠ ~Ⅱ and Ⅲ ~Ⅳ were higher than those in normal cerebral tissues (P <0.01),and the ET-1 and CXCR4 protein level in glioma of grade Ⅲ ~Ⅳ was higher than those in glioma of gradⅠ ~Ⅱ.Conclusion ET-1 and CXCR4 protein have been detected in human glioma and normal cerebral tissues,and the expression of ET-1 and CXCR4 protein in human glioma is higher,which might be closely related to the occurrence and development of glioma.The staining intensity of the positive nu-clei of ET-1 and CXCR4 can evaluate the prognosis and reflect the malignant grade of glioma.
