Abstract:
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on nosocomial fungal infection in senile patients with COPD. Methods A total of 138 patients in 2013 were assigned in observation group and received comprehensive nursing intervention, and 141 COPD patients in 2012 were in the control group and they were given COPD routine nursing. Sec-ondary fungus infection and incidence rate were compared in the two groups. Results Infection sites of two groups were both located in respiratory tract, intestine and mouth. Secondary fungal in-fection in the intervention group were significantly lower than that in the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0. 01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention could reduce the incidence of elderly patients with secondary fungus infection, so it has positive signifi-cance to control nosocomial infection.
