Abstract:
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the influence of systematic nursing interventions on the mistake aspiration and reflux in patients with cervical vertebral fracture combined with high amputa-tion.Methods A total of 50 patients with cervical vertebral fracture combined with high amputa-tion were randomly divided into control group treated with routine treatment and observation group added with systematic nursing,29 cases for each. The differences of reflux, mistake aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in both groups were observed. Results The rates of reflux, mistake aspira-tion and aspiration pneumonia were evidently lower in observation group than in control group (P <0.05).15 patients in observation group and 17 in control group were given nasal feeding, during which time the observation group was apparently lower in respiratory frequency (P <0.01)and ob-viously higher in oxyhemoglobin saturation (P <0.01).Conclusion Systematic nursing can effec-tively reduce the risks of mistake aspiration and reflux in patients with cervical vertebral fracture combined with high amputation, which serves to be referred.
