Abstract: ABSTRACT:Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing strategies for elderly pa-tients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures and to take nursing measures to reduce complica-tions.Methods C1inical material of 124 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were retrospectively reviewed and summarized.Results Among 124 patients,50 patients received surgeries.A1l the patients were cured without any disability after timely treatment and effective nursing intervention.Conclusion Physiological and psychological characteristics of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanterie fractures causes perioperative complications easily.Careful corre-sponding measures according to its clinical characteristics can improve the success rate of operation, reduce complications and increase cure rate.
