Abstract:
Objective To study effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet on IMT,PV,TNF,CRP,and blood lipid level of coronary heart disease and high blood pressure patients combined with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 230 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and carotid artery atherosclerosis confirmed by carotid artery ultrasonography and coronary angiography examination were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group (patients without hyperlipidemia,n =98) and study group (patients with hyperlipidemia,n =132).Control group was given amlodipine therapy,and the study group was treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets.Blood pressure levels,carotid IMT,PV,TNF-α,hs-CRP,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC of two groups were compared before and 3 months,6 months after treatment.Results The total effective rate and adverse reaction of two groups had no statistical difference (P > 0.05).Systolic and diastolic blood pressure,TNF-α,hs-CRP and blood lipid level in the two groups at 3 months,6 months after treatment were statistically significant compared with the treatment before (P < 0.05).Carotid artery IMT after 6 months of treatment in the study group showed significant difference compared with control group and treatment before (P < 0.05).Carotid artery PV after 3 months of treatment in the two groups were statistically significant compared with treatment before (P < 0.05),and it showed a statistically difference after 6 months of treatment compared with that of 3 months after treatment (P < 0.05).TNF-α and hs-CRP levels in the study group after 3 months,6 months of treatment were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets has the function of plaques stabilization,inflammation control,blood lipid and blood pressure decreasing,and it has better curative effect,and is characterized by good adherence and better security.
