Abstract:
Objective To explore application of fast track surgery of patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery in the perioperative period. Methods A total of 80 patients with shoulder arthroscopic surgery in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to simple random sampling methods. The control group received conventional orthopedic nursing and the experimental group added nursing measures on the basis of the control group.Wolfgang score, average hospitalization time and average hospitalization expenses, postoperative complication rate, and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, the Wolfgang scores and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher, and complication rate was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Fast track surgery can accelerate the recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and reduce medical expenses,so it is worthy of further promotion in clinical treatment.
