贝那普利对高血压合并脑梗死患者血流动力学、血压及认知功能的影响

Effects of benazepril on hemodynamics, blood pressure and cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨贝那普利对高血压合并脑梗死患者血流动力学、血压以及认知功能的影响.方法 选取高血压合并脑梗死患者110例,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组55例(采用贝那普利治疗)和对照组55例(采用依那普利治疗).比较2组患者治疗后的血压、认知功能改善情况以及对血流动力学指标.结果 治疗后,2组患者的收缩压、舒张压显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的LVEF、CO以及SV都显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的LVESV以及LVEDV都显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的MMSE评分以及记忆力评分都显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.36%,显著高于对照组69.09% (P<0.05).结论 贝那普利治疗高血压合并脑梗死患者的效果显著,能改善患者的认知功能和血流动力学指标.

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of benazepril on hemodynamics,blood pressure and cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension.Methods A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with benazepril and control group was treated with cilazapril.The hemodynamics,blood pressure and cognitive function were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of the two groups decreased significantly,and these indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment,the LVEF,CO and SV significantly increased in both groups,and these indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).The LVESV and LVEDV significantly decreased in both groups,and these indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment,the MMSE score and memory scores significantly increased,and these indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than 69.09%in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Benazepril is effective in treating patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension,and in can improve cognitive function and hemodynamics.
