Abstract:
Objective To explore clinical nursing of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremic pruritus.Methods A total of 75 uremic pruritus patients treated by hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group according to hospital admission,given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention,respectively.Degree of skin itching,itching onset time and HAMA,HAMD score of two groups after nursing intervention were compared.Relieve degree of skin itching in the two groups after nursing intervention of two groups was compared.Results Before nursing intervention,two groups had no significant differences in the degree of skin itching,itching onset time,HAMA,HAMD score (P > 0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of above indicators and itching onset time were improved,but the comprehensive nursing group improved more than that of the conventional nursing group,the differences between groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The remission rate in the comprehensive nursing group was 86.84%,which was significantly higher than 75.68% in the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis and hemoperfusion combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the symptoms of skin itching in uremic patients,prolong onset time of itching,and improve mental state.
