Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on efficacy and prognosis for the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 96 patients diagnosed femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases),given evidencebased nursing and routine nursing, respectively. The efficacy, occurrence of complications, daily expense and recovery time of the two groups were observed. Results Operational bleeding volume, operation time, the average length of hospital stay and daily expense in the observation group were lower than that of control group, and there were statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).The incidence of complications of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures has obvious efficacy, and it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,so it is worth clinical promotion.
