Abstract:
Objective To explore effect of guidance education on rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Eighty children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,while the experimental group was given guidance education.The cerebral functional area,independence,quality of life and satisfaction after intervention were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the cognitive function,speech function,motor function,social function and self-care action scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).The self-care ability,sphincter control,and the score of WeeFIM were significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).The scores of daily activities,school activities,movement and balance,pain,fatigue,diet activity,language and communication and overall scores of PedsQLTM3.0 in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the group (P < 0.01).Conclusion Guidance education has significant efficacy for children with cerebral palsy,and can improve satisfaction of family members.
