Abstract: Objective To explore refined nursing in multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of complicated renal calculi.Methods A total of 80 patients with complex renal calculi treated with multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were given refined nursing.Preoperative psychological mood,the related clinical index,the complication rate and the overall nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Compared with the control group,experimental group had lower scores of SAS and SDS,shorter hospitalization time,less complication rate and higher overall nursing satisfaction than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing in multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy is effective in the treatment of complex renal calculi,which can shorten the hospitalization time and increase the satisfaction.
