Abstract:
Objective To analyze relationship between MRI features and the clinical symptoms of dural arteriovenous fistula among different lesions. Methods A total of 89 patients with DAVF diagnosed by DSA were retrospectively analyzed.Clinical materials were collected and divided into invasive and benign,MRI features,as well as the lesion location and clinical classifications according to the whole cerebral angiography. Results The clinical manifestations of DAVF in different parts are different, and MRI manifestation was correlated with the severity of symptoms. The positive rates of MRI in different parts of DAVF were different. Conclusion As a non traumatic examination method,MRI can provide a high diagnostic sensitivity, but this sensitivity is correlated with DAVF of the lesion site.
