白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果观察

Effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocularlens implantation in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma patients with cataract

      目的  探讨白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果。
      方法  收集确诊的70例原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者进行研究，采用数字表法分为对照组、观察组，对照组33例采用小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术治疗，观察组37例采用白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗，评价不同手术方法的效果。
      结果  观察组患者术后眼压水平显著低于对照组(P < 0.05), 2组间术后视力水平无显著差异(P > 0.05); 观察组术后前房深度显著高于对照组(P < 0.05), 但2组患者术后并发症发生率无显著差异(P > 0.05)。
      结论  白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼，可改善患者视力、眼压水平，且安全可靠。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To observe the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma patients with cataract.
      Methods  Seventy primary angle-closure glaucoma patients with cataract diagnosed in our hospital were enrolled in the study, and were divided into control group and observation group by digital table method. The control group(n=33) underwent small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation, and the observation group(n=37) were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The effects of different surgical Methods were evaluated.
      Results  The intraocular pressure level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no difference in postoperative visual acuity between the two groups (P > 0.05). The anterior chamber depth of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). But no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups was observed (P > 0.05).
      Conclusion  Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for primary angle-closure glaucoma can improve the visual acuity and intraocular pressure level of patients, and it is a safe and reliable method.
