Interventional nursing for patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation surgery

    Abstract:
Objective  To explore the interventional nursing of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation surgery and its effect.
Methods  Eighty patients with perforated gastroduodenal ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The routine nursing group was given routine nursing and the intervention group was given intervention nursing. Nursing satisfaction, time of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation, hospitalization time after gastroduodenal ulcer perforation, healing time of ulcer perforation, Hamilton Anxiety Scale score before and after treatment, Quality of life (QOL) score, and the incidences of postoperative abdominal distension, constipation, and bleeding of two groups were compared.
Results  The nursing satisfaction and QOL score of the interventional nursing group were higher than that of conventional nursing group(P < 0.05). The Hamilton Anxiety Scale score of the interventional nursing group was lower than that of the conventional nursing group(P < 0.05); the time of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation, hospitalization time after perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer and healing time of ulcer perforation in the interventional nursing group were shorter than that of the conventional nursing mode group(P < 0.05); the incidence of abdominal distension, constipation and hemorrhage in the interventional group was lower than that in routine nursing group(P < 0.05).
Conclusion  Interventional nursing can reduce the anxiety, shorten operation time, reduce the postoperative complications, improve the postoperative quality of life and enhance nursing satisfaction of patients with perforated gastroduodenal ulcer.
