Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing on the recovery period from general anesthesia in gynecological patients.
Methods A total of 80 patients with laparoscopic surgery in gynecology department of our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the simple random grouping method. The patients in the control group received routine nursing during the whole course, while those in the observation group were given detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The time of anesthesia resuscitation, Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score, total incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The time of anesthesia resuscitation in the observation group was significantly shorter, the incidence of adverse reactions and VAS score were significantly lower, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).
Conclusion Detailed nursing can significantly shorten the recovery time of anesthesia for patients undergoing gynecological general anesthesia operation, relieve pain, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, optimize the quality of nursing, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
