全身弥散加权成像在多发性骨髓瘤中的临床应用进展

Progress on clinical application of whole-body diffusion weighted imaging in multiple myeloma

  • 摘要: 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是浆细胞的恶性克隆性疾病,全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI)技术可在短时间内评估全身骨骼系统的局灶性病变,有效提高MM病灶的检出率,具有评估覆盖范围广,检查费用相对较低的特点,建议将WB-DWI推广应用于MM初筛及疗效评估中。现将WB-DWI与其他传统影像学技术对比的优劣性及其在MM中的应用现状综述如下。

     

    Abstract: Multiple myeloma is a malignant clonal disease of plasma cells, whole-body diffusion weighted imaging(WB-DWI)can evaluate the focal lesions of the whole skeleton system in a short time, effectively improve the detection rate of MM lesions, and is characterized by wide range of evaluation and relatively low check cost. Therefore, it is suggested that WB-DWI should be widely used in the primary screening and efficacy evaluation of MM. This article reviewed advantages and disadvantages of WB-DWI versus other traditional imaging and its application in MM.
