反穿刺技术管状胃食管胸内吻合在微创食管下段癌切除术中的应用评价

Application evaluation of reverse puncture technique in the minimally invasive resection of subesophageal carcinoma by tubular intrathoracic gastroesophageal anastomosis

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨反穿刺技术管状胃食管胸内吻合在微创食管下段癌切除术中的应用效果。 方法 选取22例食管下段癌患者,均行胸腔镜食管下段癌根治术。采用普通强生管型吻合器及反穿刺技术行管状胃食管胸内吻合重建消化道,评估该手术方式的效果。 结果 本组患者手术时间(232.40±42.30)min, 术中出血量(348.10±88.20)mL, 吻合时间(38.40±5.50)min, 住院时间(13.70±2.20)d, 术后并发症发生率为9.09%。 结论 反穿刺技术管状胃食管胸内吻合在微创食管癌切除术中的应用效果确切。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of the reverse puncture technique in the minimally invasive resection of subesophageal carcinoma by tubular intrathoracic gastroesophageal anastomosis. Methods A total of 22 patients with subesophageal carcinoma were selected and treated with thoracoscopic resection of subesophageal carcinoma. The common polygonal tube stapler and reverse puncture technique were used to reconstruct digestive tract based on tubular intrathoracic gastroesophageal anastomosis. Results In this research, the operation time was(232.40±42.30)min, intra-operative bleeding volume was(348.10±88.20)mL, anastomotic time was(38.40±5.50)min, hospitalization time was(13.70±2.20)d, and postoperative complications rate was 9.09%. Conclusion Application of the reverse puncture technique is effective in the minimally invasive resection of subesophageal carcinoma by tubular intrathoracic gastroesophageal anastomosis.
