Abstract:
Malignant bone cancer has unique anatomical, physiological and pathological characteristics, which can promote cancer metastasis, especially metastasis of solid tumor, including prostate cancer, breast cancer, kidney cancer and lung cancer. Exosomes play an important role in the process of information transmission between bone tumor cells and their microenvironment. Exosomes secreted by bone tumor cells(tumor exosomes)have special components and can be used as biomarkers for tumor detection. This study reviews the biological characteristics of exosomes and relationship between exosomes and early diagnosis of bone tumors, microenvironment of bone tumors, invasion and metastasis of bone tumors, and immunity of bone tumors.
