肝细胞生长因子在慢性牙周炎患者牙龈组织中的表达及其与吸烟的关系

Expression of hepatocyte growth factor in gingival tissue of patients with chronic periodontitis and its relationship with smoking

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在慢性牙周炎牙龈组织中的表达以及与吸烟的关系。 方法 将110例慢性牙周炎患者纳入慢性牙周炎组,其中轻中度75例,重度35 例; 吸烟者和不吸烟者各55例。同时选取因第三磨牙阻生而拔牙且牙周组织健康者110例为对照组,其中不吸烟者84例,吸烟者26例。采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)法检测并比较2组牙龈组织样本中HGF mRNA的表达水平。 结果 慢性牙周炎组牙龈组织中HGF mRNA的表达水平显著高于对照组(P < 0.05); 重度慢性牙周炎患者牙龈组织中HGF mRNA的表达水平显著高于轻中度组(P < 0.05); 无论是对照组还是慢性牙周炎组,牙龈组织中HGF mRNA的表达水平均为吸烟者高于不吸烟者,其中以慢性牙周炎组中吸烟者的HGF mRNA表达水平最高。除对照组吸烟者与不吸烟者无显著差异外(P > 0.05), 慢性牙周炎组及对照组吸烟者与不吸烟者比较均有显著差异(P < 0.05)。 结论 慢性牙周炎牙龈组织中HCF的表达升高与牙周炎程度有关; 吸烟可导致牙龈组织中HCF的表达升高。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in gingival tissue of chronic periodontitis and its relationship with smoking. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic periodontitis were collected as chronic periodontitis group, including 75 mild and moderate patients, and 35 severe ones, among whom there were 55 smokers and 55 non-smokers. Meanwhile, 110 patients with healthy periodontal tissue and third molar impacted tooth extraction were selected as the control group, including 84 non-smokers and 26 smokers. The expression levels of HCG mRNA in gingival tissue samples were detected and compared by real-time quantitative PCR. Results Compared with the control group, the expression level of HGF mRNA in the gingival tissue of the chronic periodontitis group was significantly higher(P < 0.05). The expression level of HGF mRNA in the gingival tissue of patients with severe chronic periodontitis was significantly higher than that of the mild to moderate group(P < 0.05). HGF mRNA expression was higher in smokers than those without smoke in both the control group and experimental group, and was the highest in smokers in chronic periodontitis group. There were significant between-group differences(P < 0.05)except for smokers and non-smokers in the control group(P > 0.05). Conclusion The increase of HCF expression in gingival tissue of chronic periodontitis is related to the degree of periodontitis. Smoking can lead to increased expression of HCF in gingival tissue.
