Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine patch assisted with compound pulsed magnetic therapeutic apparatus in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.
Methods A total of 106 children with bronchial pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into control group(
n=53, treated with conventional treatment)and study group(
n=53, treated with Chinese medicine patch assisted with compound pulsed magnetic therapeutic apparatus). The efficacy was compared between two groups.
Results After treatment, the recovery time of symptoms and signs in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(
P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 96.23%, which was significantly higher than 83.02% of the control group(
P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of transforming growth factor-β
1(TGF-β
1)and C reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of indexes in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(
P < 0.05). After treatment, the ratio of forced expiratory volume at first second to forced vital capacity(FEV
1/FVC)in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the FEV
1/FVC in study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(
P < 0.05). The variation rate of peak expiratory flow(PEF)in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and variation rate of PEF in study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(
P < 0.05).
Conclusion Chinese medicine patch assisted with compound pulsed magnetic therapeutic apparatus can alleviate the symptoms and signs of children with bronchial pneumonia, enhance the curative effect, reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the lung function.
