Abstract: Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser(MRKH)syndrome is a rare congenital malformation of the reproductive system, which is easily misdiagnosed and missed in clinic. In this study, a case of MRKH syndrome misdiagnosed as imperforate hymen complicated with prolapse was reported, and the clinical characteristics and causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed.
