三拗汤联合四子散外敷治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的效果观察

Effect observation of San'ao Decoction combined with external application of Sizi Powder in the treatment of children with chronic cough

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨三拗汤联合四子散外敷治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的效果。 方法 将96例儿童慢性咳嗽患儿按照入院顺序分为对照组与观察组各48例。对照组采用常规疗法,观察组采用三拗汤联合四子散外敷治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状持续时间、治疗前后炎症因子水平和并发症发生率。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组痰多、咽痒、纳呆、便秘和自汗持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前炎症因子水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05); 观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8和血清免疫球蛋白E水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 采用三拗汤联合四子散外敷治疗儿童慢性咳嗽安全、有效,可提高治疗效果,降低患儿机体炎症因子水平。
    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of San'ao Decoction combined with external application of Sizi Powder in the treatment of children with chronic cough. Methods Totally 96 children with chronic cough were divided into control group and observation group according to admission order, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with San'ao Decoction combined with external application of Sizi Powder. The clinical efficacy, duration of symptoms, levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The durations of excessive phlegm, pharyngeal itching, poor appetite, constipation and spontaneous sweating in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors before treatment showed no significant differences between two group(P>0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-8 and serum immunoglobulin E in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion San'ao Decoction combined with external application of Sizi Powder is effective and safe in the treatment of children with chronic cough, which can enhance therapeutic effect and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
