门诊护士人文关怀品质与患者就医满意度的相关性分析

Correlation between humanistic care quality of nurses in out-patient department and doctor-visiting satisfaction of patients

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨县级医院门诊护士人文关怀品质与门诊患者满意度的关系。 方法 分别采用护士人文关怀品质评价量表和门诊护理满意度调查问卷对门诊护士和患者进行调查。 结果 门诊护士的人文关怀品质总平均分是(107.12±15.95)分,处于中等偏低水平。是否接受过人文关怀教育、是否团建党建较多、是否为带教老师差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。门诊患者对门诊护士护理满意度总得分是(44.72±7.11)分,处于中等偏低水平。门诊护士人文关怀品质和门诊患者满意度之间呈正相关(r=0.437)。门诊护士人文关怀品质各维度对门诊患者整体护理满意度具有预测作用(R2=0.431)。 结论 县级医院门诊护士人文关怀品质对门诊患者满意度有积极的影响,较高的护士人文关怀品质有助于提升门诊患者满意度。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between humanistic care quality and satisfaction of patients in county hospitals. Methods Nurses Humanistic Care Quality Evaluation Questionnaire and Outpatient Nursing Satisfaction Questionnaire were used for investigations of nurses and outpatients, respectively, in our hospital. Results The total average score of humanistic care quality of nurses in out-patient department was(107.12±15.95)points, which was in a middle or lower level. Whether receiving the humanities care education, whether having more Party or League building activities, whether being a leading teacher or not showed statistical significant differences(P<0.01). The total nursing satisfaction score for out-patient nurses was(44.72±7.11)points, which was in a lower level. There was a positive correlation between the quality of humanistic care of nurses and the satisfaction of outpatients(r=0.437). The humanistic care quality of nurses in out-patient department had a predictive function in the overall nursing satisfaction of outpatients(R2=0.431). Conclusion The quality of humanistic care of nurses in out-patient department in the county hospitals has a positive effect on the satisfaction of outpatients, and the higher quality of humanistic care of nurses is helpful to improve the satisfaction of outpatients.
