Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medical special nursing on ascites in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.
Methods A total of 76 hepatocirrhosis patients with ascites were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(
n=38)was treated with routine western medicine and routine nursing, and the observation group(
n=38)was given traditional Chinese medical special nursing on the basis of the control group. The changes of TCM syndromes scores, the difference values of body mass, abdominal circumference and urine volume before and after intervention were compared between the two groups, and the therapeutic effects of two groups were evaluated.
Results The scores of abdominal distention, lower extremity edema, poor appetite and oliguria in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(
P<0.05). The difference values of abdominal circumference, 24-hour urine volume and body mass before and after intervention in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(
P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of ascites in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical special nursing can significantly improve ascites symptoms of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis, and improve the therapeutic effect.
