Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy in treating ovarian cyst.
Methods A total of 100 patients with ovarian cyst receiving treatment were selected as research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group(
n=50)was treated by laparoscopic oophorocystectomy, and the control group(
n=50)was treated by open surgery for ovarian cyst excision. The basic conditions of operation, sex hormone level at 3 months after surgery, cyst clearance rate and safety were compared in two groups, and the clinical effect of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy was analyzed.
Results The blood loss was less in the observation group, Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and estradiol(E
2)level at 3 months after surgery were lower, and hospitalization time was shorter than those in the control group(
P<0.05). The ovarian cyst clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic oophorocystectomy can achieve better therapeutic effect, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and speed up postoperative rehabilitation. Besides, it can also improve the rate of cyst clearance, reduce the incidence of surgical complications, and improve the safety of treatment.
