自拟开痹通脉汤对稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮功能及凝血-纤溶系统的影响

Effect of self-made Kaibi Tongmai Decoction on coagulation and fibrinolytic systems in patients with stable angina pectoris

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨自拟开痹通脉汤对稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮功能及凝血-纤溶系统相关指标血清组织纤维蛋白溶解酶原激活物抑制剂1(tPAI-1)含量、血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)水平的影响。 方法 根据随机数字表法将本院收治的75例稳定型心绞痛患者分为研究组和对照组。2组均给予相同的基础干预措施和常规西药治疗, 研究组在此基础上服用自拟开痹通脉汤, 2组均连续治疗2个月。治疗结束后分析2组的治疗效果。治疗前后分别检测2组患者tPAI-1含量、sICAM-1含量、血浆一氧化氮(NO)含量和血清内皮素-1(ET-1)含量。 结果 研究组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05), 疗效分级情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后,研究组血清tPAI-1、sICAM-1及ET-1含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05), 血浆NO含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 自拟开痹通脉汤对稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效较好,可改善其血清tPAI-1、sICAM-1水平,增强血管内皮功能。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Kaibi Tongmai Decoction on coagulation and fibrinolytic indicators such as vascular endothelial function, serum total plasminogen inhibitor-1(tPAI-1)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)levels in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 75 patients with stable angina admitted in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, and patients of two groups were given the same basic intervention and conventional western medicine treatment. The study group added self-made Kaibi Tongmai Decoction, both groups were continuously treated for 2 months, and the curative effect was analyzed after treatment. The levels of tPAI-1, sICAM-1, plasma nitric oxide(NO)and serum endothelin-1(ET-1)before and after treatment were compared. Results The TCM syndrome score in the study group was significantly lower, and the curative efficacy grading of the study group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum tPAI-1, sICAM-1 and ET-1 in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), the plasma NO content in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control Group(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-made Kaibi Tongmai Decoction has better curative effect for patients with stable angina pectoris. And it can improve the serum tPAI-1 and sICAM-1 levels and enhance vascular endothelial function.-
